Ben Avara. A native of Alaska, Ben holds a bachelors of science in accounting from Western Washington University. An alum of three other respected local CPA firms, he specializes in federal and state tax returns for individuals, businesses, and trusts.
Ben Bennett, EA. Our other Ben holds a bachelors of science in accounting from University of Idaho. Well on his way to acquiring his CPA license (with three of the four parts of the exam passed and several years of tax, audit and general accounting experience for local firms) he specializes in 1040, 1120, 1120S and 1065 tax returns and well as Washington estate tax returns and federal 706 estate tax returns.
Christian Block, CPA. A native of Montana, Christian holds a masters in professional accountancy from Montana State University. An alum of a large Bellevue, Washington CPA firm, he specializes in S corporations, real estate taxation including Section 1031 like kind exchanges and employee retention credits.
Qianyue Chen. A native of Wuhan, China, Qianyue earned her masters in management accounting from Cornell University. An aspiring CPA candidate preparing for the certified public accountant exams, she specializes in individual taxation.
Beth Nelson, CPA. A graduate of Western Governors University, Beth holds a bachelors of science in accounting. The author of monographs on Treasury’s tangible property regulations and international taxation of US taxpayers, she specializes in multistate and international taxation.
Steve Nelson, CPA. Steve holds a bachelors of science in accounting from Central Washington University, a masters in business administration from the University of Washington and a masters of science in taxation from Golden Gate University. He specializes in S corporation taxation and Section 199A.
Kyle Thomas, JD. Kyle holds a bachelors of science in economics from Minnesota State University-Mankato, a bachelors of science in accounting from Western Governors University, and a juris doctor from the University of Washington School of Law. A member of the Washington State Bar Association, he specializes in IRS representation, Washington state tax issues, and trust, estate and gift taxation.
Justin Trengove, CPA. Justin holds a bachelors of arts in business with an accounting concentration from the University of Washington – Bothell. Also an alum of a large Bellevue, Washington CPA firm, he specializes in real estate taxation, multistate S corporations, and exempt organizations.
